By participating in the SLR Lounge Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules (“Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUESTED OR REQUIRED, AND MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To participate in the Giveaway, you will need to provide sufficient information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including assessing eligibility, communicating with entrants, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes. If you do not want your information to be used by Interpret in this manner, please refrain from participating in the Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on July 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
All valid entries received during the Giveaway Period will be eligible to win a Prize, as defined below. You will be entered into the Giveaway by following the entry requirements described in these Rules. Only entries received during the Giveaway Period will be eligible.
The information you provide will be used for the administration of the Giveaway, including assessing eligibility, communicating with entrants, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.
If you choose to complete a survey or participate in a market research opportunity, your survey answers will be used for market research purposes. Your information will not be used for any other purpose except for such research, operation of the Good Entertainment Group research panel, and the administration of the Giveaway, as described in these Rules and any privacy notice presented to you.
By providing this information and agreeing to the applicable privacy notice when entering, you consent to the processing of your information for the purposes described above. Your rights as a data subject are addressed in Interpret’s privacy policy, available at:

To be eligible, entrants must be legal residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the method of entry. The use of multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, or other methods to obtain more than one entry is prohibited.
Entries are limited to individual consumers only. Commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.
Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of Interpret, SLR Lounge, and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Giveaway, and from any future contest, giveaway, or promotion conducted by Sponsor, and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any Participant or winner who, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:
Tampers with Sponsor’s entry system, the websites where the Giveaway is hosted or promoted, or the entry process;
Intentionally submits automated, robotic, mechanical, or duplicate entries;
Violates these Rules; or
Otherwise acts fraudulently or with a disruptive intent.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period:
a) Access the Entry Page: Navigate to the Entry Page using the link provided above.
b) Complete Registration: Complete all required fields on the online registration and entry form, including valid contact and eligibility information.
Participants may alternatively enter the Giveaway by emailing geg@goodentertainmentgroup.com during the Giveaway Period.
The email must include:
“SLR Lounge Giveaway Entry” in the subject line;
The Participant’s full name;
City and state of residence;
Date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format; and
A valid contact email address.
No purchase or payment is required to use the alternate method of entry.
Only one entry per Participant is permitted, regardless of whether the Participant enters through the Entry Page, by email, or through any other authorized method. If a Participant submits entries through more than one method, only the first valid entry received will be considered.
To be considered a valid entry eligible for the random prize drawing, the Participant must satisfy all eligibility requirements and completely submit the required entry information through the Entry Page or the alternate method of entry.
In the unlikely event that fewer eligible Participants enter than there are Prizes available, no more than one Prize will be awarded to any Participant.
By submitting an entry, you agree to abide by these Rules and any decision Interpret makes regarding the Giveaway. Interpret’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.
Interpret reserves the right to modify the timing of the Giveaway when reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, subject to applicable law.
Interpret is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Participants should direct all questions, comments, or issues concerning the Giveaway to Interpret at geg@goodentertainmentgroup.com.
Sponsor will award ten Prizes to ten eligible Participants.
Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, ten potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No Participant has a greater likelihood of winning based on completing a survey, participating in research, or otherwise taking additional actions beyond completing a valid entry.
Once a Participant has been selected as a potential winner, that Participant’s entry will be removed from subsequent drawings. This process will continue until ten potential winners have been selected.
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Each of the ten winners will receive one US$100 B&H Photo eGift Card.
The approximate retail value of each Prize is US$100. The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is US$1,000.
B&H Photo Video is not a sponsor, administrator, or promotional partner of the Giveaway. References to B&H Photo Video are solely for the purpose of identifying the Prizes.
Interpret will attempt to notify each potential winner using the email address provided with the Participant’s entry.
A potential winner may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry.
A follow-up message containing information about how to claim the Prize will be sent after a potential winner has been identified.
A potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where lawful, or other eligibility documentation within five days after the date of notification.
If a potential winner fails to respond to Interpret within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the Prize. Interpret reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive a winner notification for any reason, including an inactive or incorrectly provided email address, technical difficulties, email filtering, or a Participant’s failure to adequately monitor their email account.
Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of a Prize for cash, goods, or services is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value if an advertised Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Sponsor’s determination regarding any substitute Prize is final and binding.
Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, performance, use, or availability of any Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen, deleted, or improperly redeemed Prize.
All applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with acceptance or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Failure to comply with these Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
INTERPRET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY, ANY PRIZE, OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY.
INTERPRET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY ARISING FROM ANY OCCURRENCE, EVENT, OR CONDITION OUTSIDE ITS REASONABLE CONTROL THAT MAY RESULT FROM OR AFFECT THE GIVEAWAY OR A PRIZE, OR THAT MAY CAUSE THE GIVEAWAY TO BE DISRUPTED, SUSPENDED, OR CORRUPTED.
INTERPRET RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO SUSPEND, MODIFY, OR CANCEL THE GIVEAWAY OR ALTER THESE RULES IF A COMPUTER VIRUS, TECHNICAL PROBLEM, FRAUD, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, OR OTHER UNFORESEEABLE EVENT ALTERS OR CORRUPTS THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THE GIVEAWAY.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or other third-party website where the Giveaway is advertised, linked, or promoted.
SLR Lounge is acting solely as the Promotional Partner. Interpret is the Sponsor and administrator of the Giveaway.
B&H Photo Video is not a sponsor, administrator, endorser, or promotional partner of the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway or accepting a Prize, you agree to release Interpret, SLR Lounge, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, officers, directors, and assigns, together with any platforms used to administer or promote the Giveaway, collectively, the “Released Parties,” from any and all actions, claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of a Prize.
The Released Parties shall not be liable for:
Any injury, loss, liability, or damage of any kind, including personal injury or death, caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of a Prize, participation in the Giveaway, or completion of any optional survey or research activity;
Telephone, internet, computer, server, hardware, software, network, or other technical malfunctions, failures, interruptions, disconnections, delays, or transmission errors;
Data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or other materials;
Late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled, damaged, or unintelligible entries, communications, or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission;
Any inability of a winner to accept, access, redeem, or use a Prize or any portion of a Prize for any reason;
Any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technological error in any materials or activities associated with the Giveaway; or
Any Participant’s acts, omissions, conduct, or activities associated with participation in the Giveaway.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part.
Sponsor and the Released Parties shall have no further liability to any Participant in connection with the Giveaway except as otherwise required by applicable law.
By entering the Giveaway, you grant Interpret permission to correspond with you by email and to use your email address and other information you provide for the purposes of Giveaway administration, communication, eligibility verification, winner selection, and Prize fulfillment.

These Rules and the Giveaway are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and are applicable to contracts made and performed in California.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION, OR VALIDITY OF THESE RULES, INCLUDING THE DETERMINATION OF THE SCOPE OR APPLICABILITY OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, SHALL BE DETERMINED BY ARBITRATION BEFORE ONE ARBITRATOR BASED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY AND ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS APPLICABLE RULES.

To request a winners list containing each winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address listed at the beginning of these Rules. Write “SLR Lounge Giveaway Winners” on the outside of the envelope.
Requests for the winners list must be received no later than sixty days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
